Four Generations

Q: There is one?

A: Yes! My 86 year old mom came to California for two weeks and stayed for 6 years!

Q: Well, if your mom had only 2 weeks to live when you brought her from the East Coast to spend her final days, but she lived for 6 years, what would you attribute that to?

A: Surfer Dudes! She took one look at my life on the beach in La Jolla, California and wanted it. And also, bananas.

Q: Bananas?

A: The moment I took control I changed her diet. Bananas are a great source of who-knows-what, so I’d mash’m up. With all the air out an entire banana is only a couple spoonfuls! Throw in some yogurt and serve it first thing in the morning.  All her urinary tract problems she’d experienced for years disappeared. Not only was healthy, but kicked off her appetite for veggies & the exercise which followed! Two weeks to 6 years and she danced her way to the grave!  Thus I conclude diet, exercise and surfer dudes are the answer to long life!
